Invitation for individual members: Swiss Bankers Day and AGM 2025

The banking industry’s diversity, strong national roots and international networks help to keep our financial centre competitive and secure. The banks in Switzerland have always been a reliable partner for their customers, and that is not going to change. Indeed, they ensure stability in today’s fast-changing world.
To retain its appeal as a place to do business, Switzerland needs a positive economic backdrop and appropriate regulation. These will allow the country and its companies to master the challenges that lie ahead and adapt to a changing environment.
At Bankers Day in Bern, we will discuss how banks are harnessing their strengths to play an active role in shaping this change for the benefit of everyone in Switzerland.
The Association’s Annual General Meeting also forms part of Bankers Day. We are once again inviting all individual members to exercise their voting rights in person. The items on the agenda at this year’s AGM are as follows: approving the Annual Report, the annual financial statements and the report of the statutory auditor; granting discharge to the Board of Directors and Executive Board; appointing a statutory auditor and other positions; and other business.
If you have any questions about the AGM agenda or any other aspect of the event, please contact events (at) sba.ch directly. Registration takes place through the personal invitation sent to individual members.
